By using qubepods (operated by Taluvi OÜ) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
qubepods is a hosted runner for q64 qubes — it builds, deploys, and serves your applications. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, the security of your credentials, and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age to contract.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or abuse the platform’s resources. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the code and content you deploy. You grant us the rights necessary to host and operate it on your behalf.
6. Plans & billing
Paid plans and usage-based charges are described on the pricing page. Usage beyond your plan’s included allowance is billed at the published rates. Fees are [non-refundable except where required by law].
7. AI builds
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI builds on our infrastructure. Builds you run on your own AI coding agent are unlimited; you are responsible for your own AI provider’s terms and costs.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties (e.g. Cloudflare, Stripe). Their terms may also apply.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taluvi OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. [Liability cap clause.]
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Estonia], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
