Data we collect
- Account data — the email address and nickname you sign up with.
- Usage & metering data — requests, compute, and storage your deployed qubes consume, used for billing and abuse prevention.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card details.
- Technical data — IP address, device and log data processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to deliver and secure the service.
How we use it
- To provide, operate, and secure the service.
- To meter usage and bill the correct amount.
- To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention), legal obligations (accounting), and consent where required.
Processors we share data with
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and network security.
- Stripe — payment processing.

Retention
We keep data for as long as your account is active and as required by law (e.g. accounting records), then delete or anonymise it.
